day 11054: please explain...

Two things I've never understood - slurping and feet shuffling... in 20 words or less, explain.

Slurping is when your french onion soup smells so yummy that you can't wait for it to cool before you eat it, but it's too hot to drink quietly, so you slurp it. Either that, or when you're ice cream is dripping all over the place and you need to lick it up quickly before you lose all the good stuff.

I find slurping to be such a turnoff!! It's done a lot in Asia, I know.

Feet shuffling, well I think people just don't realize they're doing it. Or are too lazy to left their feet high up like majorettes.
