Day 10092: Today...
- panic attack - couldn't breathe, couldn't stop tearing... chest hurt
- went for a walk to starbucks. paid $1.50 for a cup of hot water with a little bit of flavour.
- came back - still couldn't stop crying...
- went for lunch - walked aimlessly for an hour - ended up in a church
- boys choir
- couldn't stop crying...
- finally stopped.
- headed back to work
- found quiznos. long line. went to mcdonalds.
- filet o fish and a cheeseburger...
... excuse me while i go puke my guts out.
